Baby Boy Onesie Card

This is the cutest card if I do say so myself.  Thank you to Jennifer for the easy to follow instructions on how to make these adorable onesie cards.   I didn't see the instructions on her blog, but I'm going to ask her if I can post them on my blog.  I will as soon as I have her permission.   Click Here to get to her blog, she has a lot of fun things to look at.

I have a friend that is going to have a baby boy - matter of fact her due date is today!  Good Luck Marcia, I'm thinking of you today.  Here is the card:

 I used a white cardstock base that is 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" with the fold on top.  I used dutch blue cardstock for the blue.  The puppy face is from and the words are both retired CTMH sets.  The little buttons on the bottom are from D1308 All Decked out.  I popped up the puppy face and added a sparkle for a little dog tag.

The Cutest Snowman ever!

I just have to show you these cute snowmen I made for my kid's teachers & staff.  Then I made a second batch for our neighbors.  I first saw these made online from someone that had a template you could print out.  They used Fleece for the hats and scarves, which probably would have been easier, but I really wanted to make them using all paper.  Here they are, they turned out sooooo cute!

The above picture is group #1 for teachers and school staff.  I used several different paper packs for these.

This is group number 2, that I made for our neighbors and friends.  I used the Jingle paper pack for these cuties.

Here is a couple of close-up pictures.

You will need a regular size Hersheys chocolate bar.  I used the cookies and cream, regular chocolate and the dark chocolate bars.

Cut a piece of white cardstock 5 1/2" tall x 6" wide.

Stamp the face of the snowman from CTMH stamp set D1308 All Decked Out about 1" from the top centered on the cardstock.  Then about 3/4" down from the face, stamp the button three times.  Finally at the bottom stamp the snowflake swirl large and small.  Color in the images as desired.  Wrap the cardstock around the candy bar using tape(tombow) to adhere it in the back.

For the hat cut one piece of B&T paper from any paper pack you choose at 6" x 6".  Roll up the bottom edge about 1 1/2" and then either roll down or under depending on what side of the paper you want to show.  Wrap around the top of the candy bar and use Red Lines tape to secure in the back.  Gently pinch around the top to form the hat.  Use scissors to cut slits in the top for the pom-pom top.  Use waxy flax to tie the top of the hat below the pom-pom.  Add a button if you like (or a small bell would be cute too).

For the scarf:  Cut one piece of B&T paper 1/2" wide and 6" long.  Then cut two pieces 1/2" x 2 1/2" for the scarf ends.  Use scissors to cut the ends and adhere to scarf piece.  I used a snowflake brad that I had in my stash for ever.  Then I wrapped the scarf around the snowman and adhere in the back with tombow tape.
